Green Smoothie

I love sneaking vegetables into smoothies without even knowing. This is one of my favorite smoothies. I especially enjoyed them while on the 21-Day Fix.*

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Spinach
1 Orange, Peeled
1/2 Banana
1-2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar (natural sweeter)
1 Cup of Ice

Add all the ingredients in a blender. Mix Well.


You can really add whatever fruit/vegetables you'd like to this smoothie. I've heard carrots or pineapples are a yummy addition. *Please note the agave nectar isn't apart of the 21-Day Fix program. I added it into my individual diet plan.
