I can't help myself. Preschool activities call to me and even though I'm 31 weeks pregnant, I thought I could still manage to squeeze in a few small group preschool classes before the baby arrives. Two of my best friends in Oregon sent their darling girls to join me and my two boys (ages 4 & 3). We have a sun room on our main floor that I added a few things to make it feel a little more "preschool-y". Here's a list of where I printed/bought them and a few pictures: Printable Letter Train  (Kid Sparkz) - I printed and laminated these cards and they just happened to fit perfectly below our shelves. Colored Circles - We use these every day for circle time. Each student has their own color. I love the idea of writing their names on tape and putting the tape on the circle. Letter of the Week: U January Themes: My boys (ages 2, 4) go to preschool twice a week, so I planned our activities for the off days - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I printed a monthly chart (link to come) as a way to keep organized and stay on track. However, some weeks we just do activities as we go. Here's the third theme at a glance: MONDAY : Letter (U is for U-Turn): We painted a U-Turn Sign.  Numbers (My Phone Number): I thought it would be important for my boys to know my phone number in case they ever got lost. I printed " My Phone Number " and wrote my number in the squares. They matched the loose numbers onto the "My Phone Number" worksheet. Gross Motor (Phone Number Hop): Going along with our phone number today, I drew a phone with side walk chalk outside. I called out my number and my boys jumped from number to number. Focus of the Week: Our theme series focuses on one letter, one shape and one color each week. I put together and printed  this printable  mostly for my two. I hung it in our craft room and would often point to the letter, shape and color for him to identify throughout the week. For our Reindeer Theme this week, we put together a Sensory Reindeer Book while learning new facts about reindeer. My boys (ages 4, 2) loved gluing, pasting, sticking, and stamping while putting these books together. I held out two cards (ie. pilgrim clothes, our clothes) and we talked about the difference. I pointed out a lot of details and we talked about how different our lives are from the pilgrims.
