Crepe Recipe!

If you learn about France, you can't let the day go by without making crepes. This is the best crepe recipe I've found, from Chelsea's Messy Apron:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

Add all ingredients into a blender:
  • 2 and 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups white all-purpose flour, measure by spoon and level
  • 1/4 cup granulated white sugar (omit for savory crepes or you could use 1/8 maple syrup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil (or butter), melted
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Blend.

Spray skillet with cookie spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan. Working quickly, tilt and swirl the crepe pan in a circular motion to evenly coat the bottom of the pan with the batter. Return skillet to the heat. Cook the crepe until the bottom is golden brown (1-2 minutes) and then flip the crepe to cook the other side.

Serve with: Chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, nutella, bananas, strawberries, maple syrup, whipping cream, or jam.
