Chicken Ranch Tacos
One of my dear friends brought these to me after having my second baby. We loved them and have made them multiple times since them! Also, we love easy and healthy crock pot meals. The picture and recipe are from Plain Chicken. Rating: 10/10.
Ingredients.
- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Taco shells
- Toppings (shredded lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo/salsa, sour cream, tomatoes)
Directions.
- Put chicken, taco seasoning, Ranch seasoning, and chicken broth in Crock Pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks and place back in the crockpot to soak up the broth.
- Serve in taco shells topped with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes/salsa, and sour cream.
